Refund policy

At B-List Collectibles, we take pride in offering high-quality TCG (Trading Card Game) products to our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for sealed products that meet the following conditions:

  1. Sealed Products:

    • The product must be unopened and in its original factory-sealed condition.

    • Products showing signs of tampering, damage, or resealing are not eligible for a refund unless reported as such upon delivery.

  2. Single Cards:

    • All sales of individual cards ("singles") are final and non-refundable.

    • This policy is in place due to the collectible nature of single cards and the potential for market value fluctuations.

  3. Digital and Custom Items:

    • Digital codes, virtual items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

2. Reporting Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order at 0722685006 or Blistcollectibles@gmail.com

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process for Eligible Products

If your product is eligible for a return:

  1. Contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  2. Return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving approval.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 1 week. (excluding shipping fees).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Additional Information

  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
